"On Saturday, Dec 7, my oil burner furnace was not working. We called HH&C and scheduled a repair visit for Sun Dec 8. Technician Raven took the job. He called to let us know he was on the way. The arrival was exactly what was scheduled for on Saturday. Raven arrived, and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, then did a thorough post-fix check to ensure that the furnace was working correctly, that there were no other problems, and that the house temperature had risen to a comfortable level. He further recommended additional work (non-critical, "Just Think About It" suggestions - most welcomed!). When tallying up the bill, he checked my account for service contract discount and applied them. Raven is a terrific technician: knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and a top-drawer asset to HH&C. Please extend our thanks and appreciation for his excellent service."
